One morning I woke up and hadn’t published any content online for 2 straight weeks.

Not only that…

My full time Landscaping Business was suffering, I was just too tired to work fast.

My wife was angry with me…

I just thought I was a total failure.  “I’ll never get my business to the next level.”

The more I said that, the more I believed it.

Let me tell you why…

Back then, I was creating and posting probably 2 - 3 pieces of content a day on all the social media sites.  

You’d think I could just make the videos in a couple of hours, upload them to the platforms and go about my day, right?

NO.

All these videos needed editing. LOTS of editing.

I have to make sure my branding is stellar, the captions are the right size and in the right place, my hat’s on straight, and to cut out the parts where I just sound stupid (right?).

And the list goes on and on…

For 1 video, it might take up to 3 or 4 hours to edit it.  And I’m good at editing!

I would be editing videos late at night, like till 1 or 2 in the morning, trying to get some sleep in there, too.

Waking up before work to finish editing.  And, since I was a full time landscape business owner, I would be on job sites sitting in my truck, trying to manage 67 things at once!!

It came to the point where I was just flat burnt out.

I thought, “I’ll get everything caught up, so I’ll have more TIME to do the videos.

 I woke up one morning, realizing that I hadn’t posted ANYthing in TWO WEEKS.
